First of all, you should make sure you’re searching for things that you know will exist. One way you can check if you’re connected is by opening up the software and going into “Control Panel”. You’ll see if you’re connected to network directly from here, it should show your username and the “Connected” status if so. Reinstalling Ares Galaxy
In some cases, connection problems can occur with the older versions of the program.
