Step 1: So you want to get started with installing it? The first thing you need to do is obtain the installation file. Don’t worry though, we have this available free of charge. If you click the button we’ve provided you with below (or at the top of the page), you’ll be transferred to our download and installation file. Once you click the button, simply choose to save the file to a location on your computer. You can then get started with the rest of the steps. Don’t worry, it’s quick.

Step 2: Now we have the installation file, the simple answer of what to do next is just to open it. Locate our install file on your computer and then double click the file. You will probably see an installation menu being displayed on your screen now. The next part is very self-explanatory, you just need to follow the whole process through until you’re at the end of the questions where it tells you that it is being installed. If you aren’t sure what to do for the options, just select all of the defaults and you shouldn’t have any problems.

Step 3: You should now see that everything is being installed. Our Open Office download shouldn’t take much longer than a few minutes at maximum, the software is actually quite small in file size compared to the other alternatives available which can be especially beneficial to those with slow or limited internet connections. All you have to do now is wait, it won’t be long until you can use the set of business tools!

Step 4: Once this part has been finished, there isn’t much left to do. The program should show the finish screen and it may ask you to restart your computer depending on what programs you have open at the moment. It’s a good idea to do this straight away if it asks so you can get straight in. Reboot your computer and wait for the Operating System to boot up once again.

Step 5: The tool has now been successfully installed. There really is nothing else to do apart from load the suite up and then use it in exactly the way you want to. There are so many different tools included and Open Office is completely free of charge. There has been a lot of hard work gone into the production of the software and you’ll probably be able to tell this when you use it. Open up the tool you want and then you’re ready to go – We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Step 6: You’ll probably notice the massive amount features that you get in the package once you’ve installed it. However, you’ve not quite finished the process yet. Downloading and installing extensions is definitely a great idea and is the next recommended step. You’ll be able to add much more features into it at just a few clicks of your mouse, features that will make your life much easier.
