History Manager aims to alter the recent documents list by giving you the functionality to change the size of it or to clear it completely. These are very basic features that are surprisingly not built into the suite by default which is why you may need to use this extension instead. From a business point-of-view, you could be working on hundreds of different documents every single day and when you’re in this scenario, the recent documents list can get very confusing and difficult to use. History Manager includes several different ways to make things easier for you.
There are basically two different features included in this small extension. First of all, you can change the size of the list. If you use a lot of documents, you might want to consider increasing the length of it so that you can see more documents every time, likewise if you only use a few regularly you could make it smaller to make things less confusing for you. Either way, you’ll have the option to change it as much as you like at just the click of a button. You can also completely clear the list of recent documents if you feel the need to do so, you’re also able to do this as often as you want.
