Step 2: After this, you should have your file. This is a very simple step, all you need to do is browse your hard drive and find the file you’ve downloaded. If you’re on the Windows Operating System you should find that the default set is the Downloads folder on your computer unless you’ve changed it to something else. Either way, you just need to find the file and then open it by double clicking it. When you’ve done this it’s time to actually install it.

Step 3: The installation process is very quick and easy, this is not something you should have to worry about. There is just a few simple steps that you have to go through. For example, you need to choose the location where you want to install the player as well as select a few options about add ons you may want installed on your system. We recommend that you look through this very carefully because Real Player can include many extras that could be great for you.

Step 5: When you’ve waited for the installation process to complete, the whole media player should now be ready to use. Note that depending on your specific system, you may be required to reboot your computer before you’re allowed to actually use it. We recommend that you do so first! Once you’ve done this, you’re able to simply access Real Player by going into your list of programs and then choosing it. You can also set it to be the default media player on your computer once you’ve set everything up too which can be a great time saver.

Once you’ve followed all of the steps we’ve provided you with in this article, you should now have it successfully installed on your system. This certainly shouldn’t be the end for you though. There are tons of different skins and plugins available for the player which can vastly improve your experience. You should be able to find many of these on the internet so it might be a good idea to find the ones you’re looking for and get them installed.
